Pete Wilkes is a certified Institute for Integrative Nutrition health and wellness coach who has called Hanoi home for the past 17 years.  For residents of Hanoi, he is easily recognized as the owner operator of a well-known social enterprise - Maison de Tet decor.

Under the umbrella of his wellness company, Nourished by Pete, Peteowns/operates a few varied boutique properties including an organic cafe and a gorgeous organic farm/retreat 45 outside from Hanoi.

 

In his great words, "I guess you could say I’m a true entrepreneur.  I’m always looking for a great opportunity to grow my existing company in line with my values. I’m obsessed with inspiring people to take up a healthy lifestyle, and I get a true buzz out of watching them wake up and start making conscious decisions. I'm in love with all things nutrition, movement and natural healing solutions.

 

About 5 years ago, I 'woke up' and realized I could intentionally create the life and business I wanted by being conscious, focussed, awake. It became really clear to me that my daily mindset and actions were creating my lifestyle, and by becoming conscious I saw the habits I needed to change to move closer to the life I really wanted to live."
